On what factors do the size of siad depends? like Processor speed & RAM capacity etc. If we increase the capacity of processor&RAM in what proportion we can increase the size of SIAD? Is there any specific relation between them?

Each record in the SIAD archive takes 18 bytes. To calculate a total size of the SIAD archive you should consider a time range you want to keep. 18*(channels amount)*(changes per second)*(time range in seconds)=SIAD size in bytes. The size of the SIAD archive influences the working speed with archive. It also depends on main processor speed and memory amount. But we have no formulas to calculate this relationship exactly.
